I am forever grateful to know one of my purposes is to support individuals and couples on their journey to healing and self-discovery. Passionate for holistic well-being, I provide therapy and coaching services encompassing diverse techniques and practices.
My specialized areas of focus include Intimacy & Sex Therapy, Trauma recovery, and Holistic Therapy. True healing goes beyond just addressing symptoms and seeks to nourish the whole person. Holistic Mental Health involves the mind, body, spirit, energy, and community. To this end, I utilize therapeutic models such as Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Brainspotting (BSP), combining them with holistic integration to help clients overcome their challenges with trauma and anxiety.
My company integrates faith, prosperity, and change into a holistic framework. What sets my practice apart is the incorporation of mental health therapy and holistic modalities into therapy sessions and workshops. I embrace Reiki energy healing, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, and sound healing as tools to facilitate healing and transformation. These practices create a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their emotional and physical well-being.
As a Certified Human Design Specialist and Educator, I am deeply committed to helping individuals uncover their authentic selves. Human Design is a beautiful tool that shows your energetic blueprint through a body graph. It offers a profound opportunity for self-love and healing by aligning with one's unique design, enabling them to make empowered choices and live a life that resonates with their inner truth.
